Email itsamurai.kz@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, app language and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment details or a child’s personal information.
Free and full versions
Wild Animals, Toys, and Fruit & Berries are free: 60 cards. One non-consumable purchase unlocks all 30 decks, 600 cards total. There is no subscription. The App Store displays the price before you confirm payment.
Restore a purchase
Swipe down → Settings → For parents → Restore Purchases. Connect to the internet and use the same Apple Account used for the purchase. A cancelled purchase is not charged; a pending purchase unlocks after Apple approval.
Speech and languages
Tap a card to hear its word. Check device volume and the language in Settings. Pronunciation uses Apple system voices; availability depends on your device.
Refunds
Apple handles payments and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot access payment details.
