Privacy policy
Scope
This policy covers Word Cards, its pages on itsamurai.kz and support requests. Developer: Vladimir Zhuravlev, IT SAMURAI, Kazakhstan. Updated October 27, 2026.
Data in the app
No registration is required. The app does not collect personal data on developer servers. It has no ads, third-party analytics SDKs or tracking. Language, selected deck and preferences remain on your device.
Purchases and speech
The App Store processes the one-time full-version purchase. The app verifies Apple-signed purchase information to unlock decks; the developer does not receive payment card details. Pronunciation uses Apple system voices. Apple services handle data under Apple’s policies.
Children and parents
Viewing cards requires no information about a child. Purchases, restoration and external links are in a parent area. We do not request a child’s name, date of birth, location, photos or contacts.
Support
When an adult emails support, we receive the sender’s email, message and any voluntarily attached files to respond and resolve the issue. Email is handled by Gmail. Do not send children’s personal details, passwords or payment details. You may request deletion of correspondence. We retain it only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.
Website
App pages have no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting server may log IP addresses, request time, page URL and browser information to operate and protect the website. These logs are not linked to app cards or preferences.
Deletion and updates
Deleting the app in iOS removes local app data; offloading may retain it. Device backups are managed separately. The developer cannot remotely access or delete local preferences. We will update this policy if our data practices change.
